Reporting to the Manager, Programs and Outreach, the Librarian, Children & Youth Services is a passionate advocate for children and youth. The Librarian, Children & Youth Services has experience working with and planning programming for children and teens and a working knowledge of digital literacies in libraries. Working in our team-based environment, professional children and youth librarians participate in planning events of all sizes, reach out to local schools and community recreation centres, and may even find themselves behind the wheel of our mobile van, Brampton Library on the go.
