The Manager of Operations Support will lead transformative change to modernize Ryerson’s student records systems and enrolment services and will provide ongoing exemplary support for all students, faculty and staff stakeholders in support of the University’s mission and Academic Plan. As an inclusive, collaborative and effective leader of people, this role will engage staff so they develop to their full potential. The Manager executives critical academic processes and also provides advice, instruction, coordination and management of these critical academic processes for all students, faculty/instructors, academic leaders and staff across the university as related to course enrolment processes and waitlisting, course intention processes, matriculation process sand customized initiatives, among other operational areas of oversight. The Manager will serve as the Peoplesoft Functional Team Lead and subject matter expert for Student Records and Student Self Service modules and collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders as a key member of the Office of the Registrar’s management and leadership team.
