Our very first Manager, Diversity Equity and Inclusion will help us accomplish this for our community from the inside, outwards. This role enables a core purpose of our People Operations team, providing an equitable employee experience whereby our employees feel united and enabled equally. This role will make sure we’re practicing humility and questioning our biases in order to build an internal and external community based on inclusive behaviours, where all employees, candidates, and customers feel they can bring their authentic selves to Mejuri. The role will partner with the business leadership team and key business unit stakeholders to design, implement, track and measure our DE&I initiatives. Partnering with our People Team, our Talent Acquisition team, our Mejuri ID committee (ERG), Leaders, and key stakeholders across our business to create learning opportunities, cultivate external partnerships, and design policies & programs to ensure equitable practices across all parts of our global employee experience.
