Space Planning Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON
As the Space Planning Assistant you will support the Manager, Space Planning with the preparation and analysis of feasibility studies in order to meet the space needs of academic programs, research and administrative departments. You will coordinate user groups and stakeholder activities related to functional programming, planning and operational readiness process for new spaces. The Assistant will be responsible for the maintenance of the departmental space databases and CAD drawings.
You will ensure there is a clear flow of information and communication among the user groups, program consultants, architects and the project management team through the programming and operational readiness phases.
