Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Service, assists with the day-to-day operations within the Transit Contact Center. Acts as a primary point for formal escalation, managing non-standard or complex inquiries as well as difficult situations and/or customers. Assists in planning and preparing work schedules and the implementation and monitoring of customer service standards. Effectively communicates information and procedural updates to Transit Information Clerks.
