As the Grant Administrator, you will work directly with designated program officers (some of whom can be in other international locations) to ensure appropriate grant administration and financial management of IDRC projects. You are responsible to ensure that project approval documents, legal documentation and recipient financial reports are completed as per IDRC’s policies and procedures and that project administration information is processed promptly and maintained accurately in the grant administration system. You will review the recipient project budgets to ensure alignment with IDRC’s allowable expenses. In addition, you will perform financial analyses of recipient financial reports and makes a recommendation as to the value of the next payment. This position also plays an important role in building the administrative and financial capacity of IDRC recipients.
