Customer Account Specialist – Wireless

Our dedicated Customer Account Specialist team members help our customers tackle any challenge with courtesy and integrity. As a member of the Customer Care team, you will play a meaningful role in the customer experience we provide our customers, and in driving profitability through retention and up-selling. You’ll fully support and resolve phone inquiries quickly and efficiently, providing an outstanding customer experience.
