Records and Information Management Coordinator
Location: Toronto, ON
The Records and Information Management Coordinator will support the Program Manager in building awareness of Toronto Metropolitan University’s (“TMU”) records management program.
- Supports the Program Manager in advising faculty and staff on records management processes, tools, systems and best practices for handling, protecting and disposing of university business information throughout its life cycle to reduce risks.
- Provides administrative support to the Compliance team within the Office of the General Counsel and Board Secretariat (“Office”).
- Assists the Program Manager and the Administrator with managing and processing privacy related requests.
- Coordinates and applies record management practices to the departmental files of the Office and responds to records management queries.
- Provides analytical and technical support to the Program Manager and to the Administrator with regard to the records and information management within the Office.
