Team Manager, Commercial Real Estate Support
Location: Toronto, ON
As a member of the Canadian Operations Management team, contribute to strategy and implement continuous improvement in service delivery and a performance culture. This position is responsible for managing and leading the team responsible for supporting business growth. The Brokerage Operations Specialist team partners with our Advisors to deliver on our clients’ projects flawlessly. The incumbent will oversee capacity management, relationship management, performance, communication and deployment coordination of the Brokerage Operations Specialist Team. Having the highest level of confidentiality is a must in this role.
