Diversity Consultant
Location: Toronto, ON
Reporting to the Manager – Diversity, the incumbent is responsible for participating in the development, implementation and administration of various Diversity and Human Rights programs at the Toronto Transit Commission. This involves assisting with project management and implementation, conducting research and recommending strategies to advance diversity and inclusion, assisting with data collection, metrics and reporting, developing and delivering training and education, providing consultation advice and subject-matter expertise, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to advance diversity and inclusion at TTC.
