Senior Contract Specialist
Location: Markham, ON
- To ensure implementation of agreed Contracts Formation and Administration procedures, processes, systems, and tools for successful delivery of the Contracts scope on the project.
- Lead formation and administration of the construction and services contracts.
- Develop and implement procedures for contracts formation and administration and contributes the same to the overall procurement strategy and Project Procurement Plan and Contracts Plan.
- Liaises with the Project Manager and Construction Manager and is the primary contracts interface between the Customer, the project and the contractor’s community.
