Operator, Security Operations Centre

CATSA’s Security Operations Centre (SOC) operates 24 hours per day and is responsible for receiving, recording and reporting all critical security incidents at designated airports. Candidates require experience handling critical situations, making decisions, working as a team to resolve incidents and must be able to communicate information accurately to senior management.

Reporting to the Manager, SOC and under the functional supervision of the Team Leader, SOC, the Operator, SOC is responsible for supporting front line screening operations, emergency management, claims, complaints and security liaison related work that emanates from CATSA’s role as screening authority at 89 designated airports.
